By ordering and using products from this website, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as described below. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. You must be over 18 to place an order.
Sometimes when computer systems decide to go on strike, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Whilst we cannot be held responsible for this, we will do all we can to contact you and finalise your order for you.
If your order is accepted, then you accept the obligation to pay the total amount, together with the delivery costs as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order within 24 hours.

Sizes and Descriptions
All sizes indicated are approximate. All candles are fresh and handmade to order and consequently no two will ever be alike. Slight differences in colour, size and finish are to be expected and celebrated as part of the unique nature of our products. All candles that need to be colour matched (ie pillar candles that will stand together) must be ordered at the same time so that they are made from the same batch.
Pricing
Price and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. Bespoke items are non-refundable.
Payment
You may order and pay for goods by credit or debit card through our secure Thawte site using Visa, Mastercard, Masestro, Solo or Electron.
Should you prefer to order over the telephone, and pay by credit or debit card, rather than ordering online please call us on 01202 699594 to place your order.
We do not offer credit facilities.
Postage and Packaging
For ease of use we have categorised our Postage and Packing fees by the cost of the order*. Should you purchase items which would attract a lower postage rate, we shall contact you with the amended postage costs for postal payments or refund the difference via your online payment method. Our products are well packaged with plenty of padding to ensure they arrive with you safely via Royal Mail’s First Class or Standard Parcel Post services depending upon weight.
All postage and packaging prices are for the UK mainland only.
Our delivery charges are based upon the value of your order. British Highlands and Islands, European or International customers are welcome to order with us but will need to email for a shipping quote prior to ordering.
Up to £4.99 = £3.95
Up to £9.99 = £4.95
Up to £49.99 = £6.95
£50 and over = £8.95
*Should an item be excluded from this pricing structure due to it having a substantial weight for postage, the item listing will clearly state this and the differential posting cost will be stated.
**Please note we obtain proof of posting for all our goods posted via Royal Mail. This proof of posting guarantees an insurance value per package of £28 for loss or damage.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you place an order and wish to cancel, this can be done within 24 hours of placing your order as all items are handmade to order and the manufacturing process will commence within 24 hours. As our items are handmade, and we are available to answer any queries regarding our products in advance of an order being placed. If you change your mind once you receive your goods you can return them to us within 7 days (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you receive the goods. They must be returned to us in saleable condition, ie in the original packaging with all labels intact and unused. The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging charges and the cost of these will not be refunded. Refunds will be made in the same way the the order was paid for and can take up to 30 days.
Please note that all bespoke orders are non-refundable.
However, in the event of a handmade product being supplied which is not in fulfillment of the original order, a full refund including postage costs will be made.
Delivery
If you are unlikely to be available to take delivery of a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address with your order. After a number of attempted deliveries, Royal Mail will return all consignments to us and we will not be able to offer a refund in these circumstances. An additional shipping charge will be applicable.
If you need to alter your delivery details at any time, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate any requests.
